The Dar es Salaam Declaration
In November 2011, in Dar es Salaam, Tansania, took place the world forum on budget transparency and good governance. The summit adopted a declaration, urging governments to provide citizen friendly budgets to the citizens, to allow for more efficient civic monitoring of public spending. RiskMonitor Foundation signed the Declaration on March 30, 2012.
