Regarding the Definitions of Organized Crime

Defining organized crime is not an easy task, because there is no universal definition, acknowledged by the different researchers. The number of possible specifications is practically infinite. Although there is no uniform definition it is noted that there are a certain number of characteristics that occur in the specialized literature more frequently than others and they could be treated as indicators for this social phenomenon.
