Current Problems and Practices of Democratic Governance - Training of Young Party Leaders

On December 16, 2011 (Friday) at Radisson Hotel, RiskMonitor foundation will host training seminars for young party leaders. The event will be focused on conceptual issues and current practices of democratic governance. Training modules in the seminar include:

  1. Democratic deficit of the Bulgarian political system.
  2. Constitutionally guaranteed principles of democracy. Bamako Declaration.
  3. Financing of political parties in Bulgaria and abroad.
  4. Elections and electoral process.
  5. Democratic governance at local level. Decentralisation.

The seminar is being hold within a project funded by the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie.
